Get outside, meet fellow gardeners and neighbors, and help care for our shared community garden. All ages and experience levels are welcome, including students seeking community-service hours.

My Community Garden Journey
I am beginning a new part of my Soph Cooks journey by becoming involved with a community garden in Boca Raton.
I want to have my own garden plot where I can grow fresh herbs and vegetables and then use what I grow in my cooking.
I will document the journey—from planting seeds to harvesting food—and share what I learn along the way.
My Garden-to-Table Stories
I want to explore questions like:
What does it take to grow our food?
Where does our food come from?
How can something I grow become a meal?
What can kids learn from growing and cooking their own food?
My garden will become another part of my cooking stories and a way to connect growing, cooking, nutrition, and community.
