Fresh Tofu Bowl

Bright, nourishing, and bursting with flavor, this Fresh Tofu Bowl is a celebration of simple ingredients done right. Crispy golden tofu is paired with delicate microgreens, then drizzled with a vibrant Peruvian-inspired sauce that adds the perfect balance of creamy, tangy, and zesty notes. Every bite is light yet satisfying, making it an ideal lunch or dinner for anyone craving something wholesome and delicious.

Ingredients 

- 1 pack of extra-firm tofu

- rice

- microgreens (can be substituted for other greens )

- cilantro

- 1/4 cup avocado oil

- garlic

-salt,peper,paprika

- lemon juice

Tofu marinade
Peruvian inspired sauce

- salt 

- chilli powder

- cinnamon

- garlic powder

- onion powder

- lemon juice

- seseme oil

- cumin

Instructions

1. Marinade your tofu for 30 minutes before broiling in the oven for 15 minutes or till golden and crispy 

2. Add all of the sauce ingredients to a cup and blend on high with an immersion blender to get that creamy texture

3. Plate your rice at the bottom of the bowl with the micro greens and tofu on top

4. Drizzle the sauce over the bowl and enjoy
